I usually start people with about 10 drops in water twice per day and then increase by 5 drops over the next two weeks to come to 20 drops twice per day in water. Make sure to take it away from food or drink as homeopathics absorb from the mouth, not the stomach. Therefore you do not want anything in the mouth to block utilization.
