Section 6-Protocol

Protocol for Natural Mercury Detox:

First and foremost, know that what I'm about to describe for a natural mercury detox is very liver cleansing...a way to cleanse smart from any toxic build up.  This is definitely a cleansing detox meant for all.

Drainage - This is usually the first step in a healthy, natural detox.  One wants to make sure the pathways for excretion are open and eliminating, when toxins are released from the cells.

IANC Lymph Tonic - A very effective homeopathic/herbal detox lymph drainage.  10-15 drops twice per day in a little clean water.

IANC - Petro - Great kidney flush both for the symptoms of kidney disease and aiding in normal kidney excretion.  10-15 drops twice per day in a little water.

IANC-LegaH - This is a very potent liver cleansing formula.  If you suffer from any constipation or sluggish bowels then use 15 drops in  a small amount of juice at breakfast and bedtime.  If you have no bowel problems..then just once a day at beditme is enough.

Natural Detox

1 scoop of GSH Complex - twice per day- this does NOT mix with liquids well...so I suggest putting it into a bowl and cover with organic yoghurt or applesauce.  Let it sit for 10 minutes or so..stir and then eat.  Much easier...tastes good too.  It can't be blended or heated.

2 Advaclear - 2X per day, so 2 each time you take GSH Complex

2 Oxygenics - a top quality antioxidant which specifically works with Phase 1 Liver Detox. 

1 OSR#1 per day

2 Metalloclear - 2X per day

Note:  I highly recommend that to start this natural detox, you should take only one dose of everything or even less until your body adjusts to the changes in it's biochemistry.  Remember, change..even if for the better takes time and you need to allow your cells to adjust.
